All shipping costs for both UK & worldwide are calculated on a destination, weight & size basis. Final shipping costs for your order will be shown at checkout.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY DETAILS

Please note for international orders outside of the UK, further customs/import duties & taxes may be required. You must cover these fees as part of your delivery fee to receive your order.

ESTIMATED TURNAROUND TIMES FOR COMMISSIONS

An estimated turnaround time for commissions will be confirmed at point of receiving reference photos after your order is placed & confirmed. Due to each commission being unique an exact turnaround time cannot be given - all turnaround times are therefore estimated and not guaranteed.

Portraits

A full refund is only available before I have begun work on your order. Once I have started creating the portrait no refund can be given. If you are unsatisfied with the final outcome, I will work with you and amend any areas until you are happy with the artwork. No refunds are accepted under any circumstances.
